When I first visited Dr. Miry's office, I had been experiencing 3 decades of lower back pain. He did an x-ray to determine the issue which was a lower spine that was not in proper alignment. After weekly visits, my lower back pain is finally gone. Also, because of said back pain and past injuries, I was very concerned about working out, as I didn't want to make my back worse. He guided me through various workouts I could and shouldn't do until my back was better. That was very liberating because it took the fear factor out of doing something that will make me stronger. I highly recommend him!

"I appreciate Dr. Miry’s approach because he doesn’t have to “crack” my bones to get me right again ... I’m weak in the small of the back and I’m usually busy doing tasks that put my spine out of alignment - Dr. Miry always manages to put it back into alignment, gently and with great relief. I see him once a month just to stay in shape. Not sure what I would do without him."
